Approach
Outreach field staff facilitates local community groups to identify, prioritize and resolve issues of persistent poverty. We do this through a nine-step process we call Participatory Human Development, or PHD.

Outreach International is currently working in ten of the poorest countries in the world; helping tens of thousands of people who lack access to proper nutrition, clean water, healthcare, education, and job training. We’re working to forge sustainable solutions through knowledge, ingenuity, trust, and accountability; to help communities achieve the knowledge and skills that lead to generational impact and perpetual growth.
